QUALITY CONTROL Methodology

Quality Control Procedure and Documentation:

» Control Procedures are executed for each item before shipment and/or during manufacturing,
» Control Procedure Documentations are prepared in collaboration with our customer using their product know-how and our Chinese know-how.

Quality Control:

» Quality Controls are executed directly at the production site based on customer (purchaser) request,
» All sampling are efficiently deveoped by our experienced technicians,
» All Quality Controls are executed in accordance with the agreed Control Procedure. Each detected anomalies are recorded and specified in our Quality Control Reports.

Quality Control Report:

» After each Quality Control process, Technicians will issue a comprehensive Quality Control Report,
» In most cases, the Quality Control Reports are sent to our customer within 24 hours.
» Quality Control Reports are edited in both English or in French languages (in accordance with the customer request).
